This video is a ribs cook competition to see which method works best. Should ribs be wrapped or should ribs be unwrapped? These smoked baby back ribs will be in competition with each other in this experiment to see which slab of ribs wins. This video is being done on my Pellet Smoker / Grill but you can use many different grills for this cook.
