Minnesota’s Cannabis laws had a major change on August 1st of 2023, and a lot of citizens of MN have been very confused. In essence, Marijuana possession is decriminalized and home growing cannabis is legal. The buying and selling of marijuana flower and THC vape cartridges is illegal until the state forms a regulatory board to govern the cannabis market.
