One of the new bird toys I have made. Parakeets Betty and Veronica got to play with it first. There are many various textures and eye-catching bits, and all are safe for birds to chew on. That is the main reason I decided to try making the toys myself. So many toys in stores are not safe or ideal for birds, they are just money makers for the establishments.
