HONEY MUSTARD GAMMON AD | My memories of first enjoying a really well made gammon joint was in Fort William for New Year with Jonathan’s family. His Aunt Alison is an awesome cook, and she’d made a huge ham for everyone to enjoy. It sticks in my mind as a core food memory 😍 This is a simple glaze that packs enough flavour due to the aromats used in the cooking liquid and slow cooking it means you can just pop it all in and leave it to do it’s thiiiiing!
