Per 2lbs of meat- 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons liquid smoke, 1 teaspoon Dales Seasoning(Liquid), 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon Tony’s Seasoning (Powder).
