Candied Bacon Salmon Board People are always surprised when I tell them smoked salmon is one of my favorite things to come off the smoker. All you have to do is season (cure) the day before with salt & brown sugar then smoke over a low temp for stunning results. This is a slightly more advanced variation of smoked salmon but it’s highly flexible.
